Kaylyn Plum, our first Millennial On The Move joins the New Theory Podcast.

Kaylyn became a Physicians Assistant as she could easily stayed in Florida and had a great career with the safety of a friendly and familiar environment. If you know her, that is simply not Kaylyn, she packed her bags and moved to NYC without a specific plan in place, including not having a job. She landed at the prestigious Gotham Plastic Surgery in NYC, the partnership between Dr. Douglas S. Steinbrech and Dr. Philip J. Miller and she never looked back.

She now performs various non-invasive procedures to complement their full range of surgical offerings as well markets herself through social media and digital marketing. She went all in and its paying off.
