Gerard Adams is Calling All Leaders

Some of you may not know or recognize the name Gerard Adams, but he is a magnetic force in the world of an entrepreneurial enterprise. As one of the founding fathers of the game-changing online media platform Elite Daily, Gerard became one of the youngest and most successful millennials of his time. Completely opening up an avenue for his generation to have their voice heard, Elite Daily sold for 50 million dollars within it’s ‘start-up’ years. It single-handedly transformed social-media with rising journalists, writers, comedians, video production teams, and other artistic pioneers demanding our attention in the best way possible. The value of digital content quickly became king.

Adams’ philosophy to help others is deeply rooted in his Newark, NJ upbringing and rise in achievement. Evolving from an admirer into the front-man we see today, Gerard breaks down the importance of unity and community. During this mark in history, our society is in dire need to come together, yet we are continuously dealing with extreme racism, segregation, economic divide, poverty, gun issues, politics, criminal activity, and more. It’s quite scary when you actually think about the reality of it all. Our youth is on a constant quest for answers. We are simply searching for leaders to emerge instead of becoming them ourselves.

Gerard prides his mentality on understanding one’s environment. You must not be frightened to go against the grain. Courage is key in order to set a new standard for yourself. Overcoming undesirable conditions and hardships is a part of process. This is how a person can control their own destiny. Make the choice to lead and not follow.
    Smart Tools. Brilliant Results.

Regardless if you are choosing an unconventional path or you feel as if you have something to prove, the choice to build strength in character is ultimately yours. These are the first footsteps in one’s journey of blind faith.

A leader does not necessarily mean a CEO or rags to riches. It is about finding the tools to influence your own life while serving a positive impact on the lives of those who surround you.

Gerard’s energy has always been electric. He expresses his gratitude with the formation of FOWNDERS. Fownders, located in his hometown of Newark, is a solitude for the under-privileged to be provided with the right resources to create their own metamorphosis. Through personal development, emotional intelligence and financial literacy, Fownders educates the hopeful entrepreneur’s on the issues that they don’t teach you about in school.

Gerard Adam’s insights, “Over the last 12 months, I have met with some of the greatest modern day leaders. I hope everyone could take something from each episode to inspire you to take action in your life. For our finale, I wanted to give you a glimpse into my life and the new journey I am embarking on as a leader for our millennial generation to pave the way for future generations. This is the most important video I have ever released and I hope it motivates every single one of you to step up to find the leader within. If we want to solve the worlds biggest problems than we need to create more leaders. #LeadersCreateLeaders

I, personally want to thank everyone who helped in any way, form or fashion to make this first season of Leaders Create Leaders possible. I always appreciate all of the support. I feel extremely passionate about the power of leadership and the way it can influence our world for the better. Can’t wait for season 2, a lot of new content is scheduled to come.
