Additionally, Jason didn’t have a single client and had no idea how to attract clients because he didn’t have money for marketing of any kind. Overcoming The Odds
Jason could not afford to fail. He did not have a financial lifeline, having left his career as a Board Agent with the National Labor Relations Board to start his company. Any little money that Jason had from his previous job was almost gone. Was he going to sit in a corner and cry over his limited prospects? Although Jason was gripped with fear at every turn, he refused to surrender to any notions of failure. He realized that failure was not an option, so he decided to get creative.
Jason started doing pro-bono work, which was tough in the beginning because he really needed a paycheck. But he was willing to work for free if it meant that he would have an opportunity to further his skill set while adding client testimonials to his arsenal. Jason just had to hold on long enough to break through the proverbial glass ceiling, and he did it. He did it big time.
Making A Name In The Industry
Today, Jason is among the Top 5% of employee and labor relations consultants in the country. Jason is the CEO of Greer Consulting, Inc. Through patience, passion, persistence, and hard work, Jason began disrupting the industry. His empathic approach, coupled with his knowledge of labor relations and counseling psychology, was unconventional in a positive way when compared to his peers.
