#4. Foodstock Rahway – October 3rd, City of Rahway
City Plaza – 12-6 pm
The City of Rahway is hosting an all-day outdoor event on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 from 12-6pm. “Foodstock Rahway” is for the benefit of the Rahway Food For Friends, our local community non-profit which assists in feeding local residents in need.
Live outdoor performances, a BBQ tent, beer and wine tents, food vendors and family friendly attractions.
The goal of Foodstock is to collect 2,500 pounds of non-perishable food items. Additionally, the Rahway Foods for Friends hopes to raise funds to bolster food supplies for the food bank. The price of admission is a donation of a minimum of 5 pounds of non-perishable food or a $15 entrance fee. The fee will go directly to the Rahway Food for Friends for purchasing food for the food bank.

Spend the weekend celebrating Fall…Live music, food vendors, crafts, beer/wine tent, kid friendly activities. Fireworks on Saturday night!

#2. Just Jersey Food Truck & Music Festival – October 3rd, Waterloo Village Concert Field
10 am to 6:30 pm
Gourmet food, a Craft Beer & Wine Bar, Live Bands, a Crossfit Competition and family & kids activities.Gates open at 10:00 am.
Admission is just $5 (kids under 12 FREE). Bring a can of food or non-perishable food item (to go directly to the Roxbury Food Pantry), then admission is just $4. You can park your car for free in the ample parking areas. The First 250 people who bring more than 1 item for the Food Pantry, will receive a T-shirts from the festival sponsor, Pazoo.com!
Over 30 trucks featuring everything from; Lobster rolls, Puerto Rican cuisine, Pizza, Grilled Cheese, Soups, Empanadas, Tacos, Sliders, Steak, Seafood, Waffles, Mac & Cheese, Bacon, Cupcakes and so much more!
Make sure to find a spot to lay your blanket or set up your lawn chairs over by the stage to reserve the best seats in the house. There will be picnic tables available across the field. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own chairs, blankets and relax.
