    #5.  Salt Water Day, Laurence Harbor

    August 8th – Laurence Harbor Beachfront -278 Laurence Pkwy

    A Festival organized by Laurence Harbor First Aid Squad. Fine & crafts, film, flea market, antiques, music.  This event will also include sand castle contest 12pm to 4pm.

     

     

    #4.  Summer Craft & Butterfly Festival

    Welcome to the New Jersey Botanical Garden

     

     

    August 8 (Saturday), 11 am-4 pm
    Summer Craft Fair. Tons of fun for the whole family! Over 40 booths with beautiful crafts, including jewelry, pottery, sculpture, art, kids’ stuff, and all kinds of unusual goodies. Lots of great food and drink, too!

    Free admission to Craft Fair & Garden; summer parking fees apply.August 9 (Sunday), 12 noon-3 pm
    August 9 – Butterfly Festival. Join us for a celebration of NJBG’s beautiful flying jewels! Guided Butterfly Walks all afternoon, information on starting your own butterfly garden, and more! Meet at the Carriage House. Rain cancels.

    # 3. Watershed Butterfly Festival – Pennington, NJ

     

     

     

     

    August 8 – 10 am – 4 pm

    15th Butterfly Festival, held on the grounds of our 930-acre Watershed Reserve, has been a popular family event attracting around 3,000 visitors every summer. This year will be especially spectacular as we unveil the NEW Watershed Center and Kate Gorrie Butterfly House.  You can purchase tickets at the festival and even enter a raffle to win your own hot air balloon ride for 4.   Local artisans, insect zoo, hay rides, and the famous Butterfly and Bug Parade!   (Don’t forget your costume!)

    Parking will be located across the street from the Watershed Center at Bristol-Myers Squibb for no additional cost. Buses will run throughout the day to the festival and parking areas.

     

     

    #2.  Cape May Craft Beer & Crab Festival, Cape May

     

    Saturday, August 8th Emlen Physick Estate, Washington Street

    4th annual, all-day festival featuring local and regional craft beers to wash down favorite summer picnic foods … Crab boil, pulled pork, hot dogs and hamburgers and more.   All day music, Victorian circus with jugglers and acrobats, craft and food vendors.
    Admission to the grounds is free. There will be a charge for food, beverages and some activities. Commemorative T-shirts will be available.

    #1.  Hollystock – Mount Holly

     

    The festival celebrates the creative talents of the South Jersey/Philadelphia artists  that call this area their home. It also serves to bring awareness to the historically significant town of Mount Holly, NJ.

    Vendors, food trucks and performance stages. The shops will have their doors open to welcome thousands of guest to eat, drink and join in the spirit of tie-dye and music.

    2015 is set to be the fourth and biggest year for this FREE event
