Romantic Lobster Dinner for Two

    There are few things as luxurious as lobster in life and it can make for the perfect meal for all occasions, particularly romantic ones.

    If you are looking to create something a little special, then this recipe could be right up your alley. It is easy, and relatively fast to create and is sure to impress your special person someone.

    Romantic lobster dinner for two

    • Two 1 1/4 to 2 lb. lobsters, split
    • 3/4 cup white wine
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Step #1:

    Preheat the oven to 400. Place lobsters shell side down in a roasting pan.

    Step #2:

    In a sauce pan melt butter, and add wine, salt, and pepper. Pour over
    lobsters, cover and bake for 18-20 minutes.

    Step #3:

    Remove from oven and combine some of the sauce in pan with bread crumbs. Press into lobster      meat and liver. The greenish liver is considered a delicacy.

    Step #4:

    Baste with remaining sauce, and place under the broiler for 5 minutes. Serve with
    melted butter for dipping.
