Norm Kelly is undeniably the king of pettiness, but this time, he may have a good idea.
Last night, after the Miami Heat beat the Raptors to lead the series in the NBA semi-finals, the celeb-favored Canadian politician, took to twitter to take a little stab at America; it was perfect timing following last nights poll results for the U.S Presidential Election:

If there were one, the trophy for the King of Petty definitively would go to the 6ix’s very own Norm Kelly. But, in the words of Toronto rapper Drake, “they don’t have no award for that…”
