How Jan Jens Was Able to Massively Grow His Business

Jan Jens is the founder of Jatina Group in Miami. It is among the fastest-growing companies in the last two years. They made their name by offering villa vacation rentals in Miami, including renting out Yachts and Cars. They are estimated to cross $10 million in revenue in 2020. They have scaled up and currently have access to more than 35 Villa’s and have 8 Full-time employees. Jatina Group clientele includes celebrities like Leonardo Dicaprio, Jamie Foxx, Drake, Mark Wahlberg, just to mention a few.

    Exponential Growth

Their Social Media Page has grown to over 120 thousand followers. People love to see the luxurious lifestyle that the Jatina Group Miami is able to provide.

The business has grown in its content due to the fact that their audience is in love with the luxurious lifestyle. It definitely helps to grasp their attention when they come to find out that the page features all the cars, homes, and villas that they can offer in order to make the Miami Vacation one to remember.

All this came from one terrible concierge customer experience. It’s important to recognize that if you find yourself feeling upset with some type of shopping experience, there might be an opportunity for you to take that experience and do things even better with your own business.

Persistence is key. Persistency and execution will open the door.

    Overcoming Obstacles

Everyone has been through obstacles. Jan encountered many obstacles to the point of giving up, but he did not. The language barrier was the prime obstacle since he was an immigrant. He had moved from Germany to Miami in November 2014 where he left his entire family in Germany. New laws were also an obstacle.

To overcome the obstacles, Jan created a room for learning from others and his mistakes. It didn’t seem easy at first, but he got used to that. He advises all entrepreneurs that learning is essential for everyone who wants to make progress. To keep up, he learned English and the American Laws despite spending a lot of time. 6 years down the line, he can speak fluent English and has acquainted himself with the US Laws.
