Bells Cookie Co is a small-but-mighty cookie shop based in Seattle. If you are looking for some delicious fresh made cookies that are not your typical flavors everyone has to offer, then you have come to the right place! Bell’s Cookie Co has some of the yummiest cookies I have ever tried. They have different varieties like Colombian Corn, Red Velvet, and Lemon + Blueberry + Shortbread. But don’t worry, if you are still a traditional flavor cookie lover then of course, they have upgraded versions of the classics too like Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chunk with Maldon Salt, and Confetti, to name a few. They also sell cookie dough by the pint so you can eat it by the spoonful or enjoy a freshly baked cookie whenever your heart desires.
It’s honestly very hard for me to pick a favorite, I received the box of 12 with different flavors and I just love them all! These have to be some of the best cookies I ever had. They taste like homestyle cookies, not those cookies you buy at a store. You can definitely taste the quality ingredients in every cookie you eat. They are very soft, chewy, and tasty. I am very picky when it comes to my food, and these cookies without a doubt will make it to my pantry must haves. Now if I really had to choose my favorite flavor it would have to be Red Velvet – White Chocolate, Dark chocolate & Marshmallows.
