Gian Paul Gonzalez is a 9th grade high school teacher from union city nj. He grabbed national attention due to a last minute speech made to the NY Giants on December 23rd 2011. His concept was simple. A poker chip that every player signed to go All IN. Afterwards, the Giants went on to defeat the Patriots to win the Super bowl in 2012. 3 success principles are 1. Fear is always involved and you need to embrace it 2. Its all about personal accountability 3. Take things step by step. Faith is intertwined in his platform. The “all in” speech has biblical roots. His current project is Hope and Future Training Centers.
