This rescue dog is albino, deaf and partially blind — but her mom couldn’t love her more. It was love at first site as she said “Is that a bat?” Mrs. Flan was rescued by Linda Alvarez from a backyard breeder. “I don’t know if ‘diva’ is the best way to describe her, but she’s full of personality,” said Alvarez. Often she acts her personal assistant as well, “I basically have to do whatever she says.”
