Would you buy Tom Brady’s Cookbook for $200?

    Tom Brady the superstar New England Patriot is the first quarterback in NFL history to win five Super Bowl championships who also has a new cookbook which costs $200.

    Tom Brady’s $200 limited edition cookbook or the TB12™ Nutrition Manual, which includes 89 seasonally-inspired recipes, is printed and hand assembled in the United States and is printed on thick 100-pound text paper with the covers made from natural wood.

    TB12™ Nutrition Manual

    The manual costs $200 and features laser etched wood covers. It’s bound using screws so that recipes and other material can be added. As of writing this article, Tom Brady’s TB12 Nutrition Manual is currently sold out. Rre-orders are expected to be shipped sometime in August 2017.

    The star quarterback has won two NFL MVP awards, four Super Bowl MVP awards and a record five Super Bowls wins. Does he have the secret to proper dieting to increasing performance that helps him win Super Bowls? Perhaps.

    What does Tom Brady Eat?

    Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen’s personal chef, Allen Campbell, released the couple’s meal plan so all the world could see what winning athletes eat for best performance and to stay looking hot. There diet is incredibly strict, consisting entirely of fresh vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats. They do not eat dairy, olive oil, white sugar, white flour, caffeine, iodized salt, fungi, or nightshade vegetables.

    80 percent of Tom Brady’s diet consists of vegetables.

    The other 20 percent of Brady’s diet consists of lean meats.

    What does Tom Brady not eat?

    Brady and Bundchen eat mostly vegetarian meals, always with organic vegetables (but no tomatoes, mushrooms, or peppers), and the restrictions include:

    “No white sugar. No white flour. No MSG. I’ll use raw olive oil, but I never cook with olive oil. I only cook with coconut oil… I use Himalayan pink salt as the sodium. I never use iodized salt,” says Tom Brady.

    On talk radio, Brady admitted that he has never tried coffee—not even once!—and he has credited his diet as a big reason for why he’s been so successful as a pro athlete for so long.

    Many of his fans will buy his book even if it costs $200 and may think it’s worth the money to stay fit, healthy and increase their performance with the proper diet.
