Last Call for ‘Kocktails With Khloé’

    Khloé Kardashian’s attempt to shake things up with her prime-time talk show Kocktails With Khloé came to an abrupt end when FYI announced the shows cancellation on April 6th. Only three months after they exteneded the original 8 episodes to 23, there was a mutual agreement to call it quits. Word on the street is that there was some drama brewing behind the scenes in regards to the direction of the show and both decided that the break-up was for the best.

    The first episode, aired on January 10th, reportedly had the highest rated series premiere in FYI history. This can be tossed up to Khloés long-time establishment in the spotlight, along with her constant and well strategized marketing plans.

    This gives us flashbacks to momager Kris Jenner’s 2013 try at her own day-time talk show, Kris until FOX execs. pulled the plug. But we can’t knock these hard working, determined Kardashians, we respect the hustle!

    Khloé showed her sincere appreciation for the entire project as a whole in a few short tweets;

    Khloe

    Khloé’s always been the uncensored mouth that was necessary to have around when the cameras were rolling, so it came as a shocker when news hit that the talk-show was short lived. Although, we have to admit- it almost felt a bit forced on camera, which comes as a surprise because they follow her around 24/7. Perhaps reality television is more her strong suit, which doesn’t upset us!

    The last episode will air on April 20th with special guests, Kim Kardashian-West and hubby, Kanye West, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, where she promised to go out with a bang! It’s unfortuante that this didn’t work out for her but we can still get our daily dose of Kholé on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and she’s apparently got some big things coming.

    This may be last call for Kocktails with Khloé but we definitely haven’t seen the last of her 😉
